    Xbox Live digital code problems


    I have a digital download code for xbox live gold, and the receipt is mistyped (the first few digits aren't there), how do I fix this?

    Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

    This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

    wherever you purchased it from, it should be returned to, to have them rectify the issue.

    or (and i dont remember how many attempts you have), you could try guessing at the first few digits.

    I would contact Xbox via phone, chat, or email, with all your information along with the receipts information so they can verify that you did buy it and they may be able to help you out with providing a new code.

    Need help getting my live to work

    I have the same problem I bought a digital code for xbox live, my money is gone but no live. Where is the redeem code? I suppose Microsoft will send me the redeem code to my email or live will start to work automatically.

    Moreover, it's IMPOSSIBLE, to email a problem and those automated virtual 'helperd' don't hepp at all!!!

    Where are you getting the code from? You say 24 digit but xbox live codes are 25 digits.

    25 digits would be an XBox Live "redeem code".

    The founder code is 20 digits, and the website link is on the card.
