    So I have recently purchased 1 xbox live code and when i try to put it in is it says that is from another region when the xbox and the xbox live code have been purchased in The same Place i don`t know if the fact that i am in Mexico Right Now has anything
    to do with it

    Sorry the enforcement team does not follow these sites. You can get more information about your ban at https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US and also file a case review there too.

    As for not being able to play multiplayer games, You can still play multiplayer game with a communications ban with one catch, if the game requires communications to play the game then you will not be able to play that game wile on Comm Ban

    Probably has to do with your region. Where did you purchase the PPC? Where do you live? And what country is your xbox live account set up for?
