Just a heads up guys.

After all the bad feedback support has been getting, just had a lenghty online chat with support over someone trying to access my son's account.

They were brilliant.

Sorted everyting and made sre I was happy with the account security and even checked purchases for me.

Top notch service.

Contact Microsoft customer support and the Xbox Live customer support reps should be able to help you out. How did he end up getting so angry he decided to start harassing you?

Xbox customer support will only direct you back to Windows Live customer support as Xbox Live customer support doesn't have access to changing your Windows Live ID or any credentials associated with it.

 

Nice, they were good when I contacted them when my Day 1 went down (rip) so +1 from me as well!

 

Yeah,i've had to contact them several times over the years & think I only got one idiot who didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Last time they were very helpful & repaired my xbox one for free even though it was out of warranty.

 

Phone Support staff, has always been A#1 - Top notch!
