    Xbox Live Customer Support-Rude and Unhelpful....Again


    I have Spent almost a month trying to recover a gamer tag that has close to 1000 dollars worth of games attached to it. I have the login information and the password but apparently that is not enough information. We are unable to get into the original email
    now and we have gone round and round with xbox customer support trying to figure out the next step. Why can they not just look at the account and see that my name and credit card info is attached to it? I tried to get the rep to connect me to his boss countless
    times but he would not direct me to his manager or offer any other options. I have spent so much money with microsoft and cannot believe they are willing to lose me as a customer over some old xbox 360 games. Apparently my purchases are lost and there is nothing
    more they can do? That, I will not accept.

    Here is what I need,

    A manager that has the ability to help me. Contact me in response to this posting.

    Someone with some advice or a direct phone number that can get me through to someone with enough pull. NOT ANOTHER RUDE LOW LEVEL JERK. (he said his name was Jeskn)

    Please help, I really need a hero on this one.

    It seems like they make their security so complex that they are hoping to burn you out of your purchases, If they cant restore my games why not offer a refund? Im sure that will never happen either.

    I will update my posting with any further developments, assume if you hear nothing, my problems were not resolved and they were willing to throw away another life-long customer.

    Do gamertags get cancelled??

    I started an Xbox Live account years ago. My gamertag was Zelica. My email was hacked and I can't retrieve it. Live support was no help. They asked me security questions that I never set up. Why don't the tags just get cancelled out over time so I can
    get it again. I think they take the security a little to far. I just want my original name back but support is just very unhelpful and rude.

    Your unhelpful support has lost you another customer. Why would I continue buying xbox products

    Xbox One will not download digital games

    Also, I tried to call Xbox Support already, and the lady was very unhelpful and rude (not letting me finish what I was saying and giving up on my case about 5 minutes into the call) so I would rather not call them again unless I have to.

    Still no answer. Called customer support they say they have no contact with enforcement team at all. Forums are utterly unhelpful. No one knows a thing.

    I live in USA and my gamertag is set to USA as well...

    Again, my primary intent was to show how arrogant and rude these people are and behave with customers more than anything! It's awful!

    When someone buys something that seller can't take it back when a customer is rude to another customer.
    That's why you don't be rude even on Xbox live service as its also one of the rules that can get your account perma banned. And look what happen.

    That is why you don't be rude to for many times on Xbox live which you've been warn, but you insistence hence face the consequence you've agreed since you made an account with MS.
