Currency Glitch

During the recent change from ms points to currency my account has been frozen for 72 hours. I was told by xbox support that purchasing a new points card would allow for purchasing immediately. This was incorrect! I now have twice that amount frozen for
who knows how long. Also during this account glitch I have lost my Netflix membership!!!!!!!!!! Get your staff together and free our accounts right away. Not in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't work for Microsoft so no good sending me anything.

Only thing I can suggest is contacting support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us but I doubt you'll get any sort of reward.

Yes, it should. There have been occasional glitches but the vast majority of cards do turn into local currency.
