    So i recently gotten this 10$ xbox reciept code from gamestop and before i got it i only had 0.31 cents in my account and after i redeemed it i had $10.60 so when i went into the microsoft store to buy roblox credits i pressed buy then it said i couldn't buy it because it said i still only had $0.31 in my wallet i was really confused and frusterated because i clearly just redeemed a 10$ gift card receipt code in my account and it gave me $10.60 but it hasn't appeared in my microsoft account wallet yet every time i try to buy roblox credits it wont let me since it keeps saying i only have $0.31 can someone please help me with this issue?

    And also, every time i go to payment and billings in settings to see my real xbox life currency it says i really do have $10.60 but that doesnt show up in the microsoft store when i try to buy something.

    You might have purchased a Different edition of black desert. Please remember to check your payments on the mircosoft purchase page to double check and if the maths still don't add up from there please contact xbox support on this link and how to get in

    Are you sure were picking the account balance as your payment option and not a credit/debit card?

    You can look at your order history at account.microsoft.com and it will tell you what payment option was being used to purchase those items.

    subscribed to xbox live gold (for 39.99€ euros/year) doesn't work with prepaid code.. why?

    Microsoft have never allowed microsoft account currency to be used for xbox live gold membership purchases, You would need to buy an xbox live gold branded prepaid code card not a currency card.
