    Made numerous purchases since 11/15, not pending credits/no xbl credits in account. Have spent well over $100+ on games in the XBL digital store

    what offers are you looking for credits from?

    If your looking for VIP rebates, those are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.

    I also have this issue. I spent 500 x2 on the 10,000 credits and 250 x1 on the 5,000 credits. In my rewards it says redeemed, but the balance does not show up on my pending credits and the balance also hasn't hit my Xbox Live account. But my gem balance
    shows that I purchased those packs. So in all I am missing 25,000 credits.

    Xbox Life rewards, gems taken and no rewards..

    It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending on the rewards site after you redeemed them.
    I checked xbox rewards and now shows the amount as pending, Thanks for the information I did not knew that it will take that long to show up.
