Xbox live crash's on Xbox one and Microsoft lie about all was online and check in repell

So I get home form work to and try to watch some TV but when I turn on my Xbox one and tell it to watch TV all I get is a black screen and my xb1 won't connect to live I try to sign in many time and this dame thing won't even sign in offline so I can play
my games the to boot I can't even get my downloaded game to play say that I need to log in so it can make sure I have the license to play the game I don't know what is going through the people heads running the Xbox division at Microsoft but this make me not
want to buy any more games for my Xbox one and just stick to my pa4 and last gen system just seems like Microsoft lie about the all way online and check in repell. If u agree or disagree with me I'd like to hear some of the thought of the rest of Xbox one

Xbox live mod or not

No one from Microsoft will ever send you a warning or a threat about activity on your account. If someone sent you a message saying the work for Microsoft or Xbox LIVE, it's a lie.

 

You have to manually sign in offline, chief. Disconnect your network.

 

everything goes out every now and then. not a big deal

 

When did Microsoft lie? Every time there has been an outage Microsoft always reports about it on the Xbox network page.

 

I'm sure the PS network goes down from time to time, too. Just chillax, dude.

 

Did the Sony network not go down for 3 months once ?

Also live sometimes goes down in areas, stuff happens

I have seen guys in the US unable to connect but in Canada and uk was fine.

Its no secret Xbox Live has issues from time to time. And so does PSN. You always have the option of not subscribing to either service if you are having continous issues

 

In the interest of fair play it was only 24 days

so no where near 3 months lol, it was said tongue in cheek.

 

Yesterday was the first time I couldn't sign into XB1 since launch, it was only an hour or so.

PSN has scheduled maintenance that takes it down for portions of a day, luckily XBL doesn't do that.

And luckily XBL never had that huge failure PSn had in 2010.

 

It's a world-wide network, which needs maintenance and that may encounter some issues from time to time. So, of course it's going to go down from time to time. Just relax and appreciate the fact that whenever it does (which isn't very often) that there are
hard-working people trying to figure out and resolve any issues they may encounter as quickly as they possibly can. I can't remember where I saw it to in order to link to it, but I saw a video not too long ago showing a room full of computers and hundreds
of people that helped maintain Xbox Live. Whenever something bad happened, they had a clock on the wall that timed them for how long it would take them to fix it. As of that video, they've never had it go past more than a few hours or so... I'll see if I can
find it for you guys.

 

This hole thing would not have been so bad if this had not been the third time the network had gone down since I bought the dame thing at launch and the fact that every time it goes down I can't log in to my profile and play my game. When I go to sign it
it tell me that it can't connect to Xbox live and won't sign me in offline and the only way I can sign is if I unplug it completely from my network. Which is be because if they can put the option on the Xbox 360 to automatically sign in off line if it can't
connect the they can do it with the same Xbox one. And to boot this time it went down I could not even get my TV to come it just sat there with a black screen. Dose anyone know off away to get it to sign offline automatically if it can't connect to Xbox live
or a way to tell it to sign in offline when you go to sign in

 

This has turned into a comparison thread and I'm not going to take part in the jabs each online service is getting.

All I will say is that this sort of "threat" to stay or go with Sony b/c of insignificant troubles that are bound to happen are getting annoying.

Why?

B/c ppl come in here and like I said....turn it into comparisons....and then ppl come in here like some of the ppl who posted and take shots at the competition as if it's the cool thing to do.

Then I come in and point it out and then I'm the jerk. So, this thread sucks....and I'm leaving.

 

Settings, network, go offline, then sign-in. You are now able to play your games offline.
