The services team sent out a notice that this was resolved, but I'm still unable to access Microsoft store, play games online, access online settings, or basically anything else. This is NOT fixed.

I solved this error by removing and recovering my account here this blog where I got a solution

I went through all the steps but it still wont completely start up it still shots off after 5 seconds in doesn't even boot up onto my screen. This is my second Xbox One S in 3 months and I'm very concerned with why this keeps happening.
