XBOX LIVE continuous connection problems

I continue to have problems with my XBOX ONE to connect to XBOX LIVE. I state that my internet connection is working and has no problem. Very often I have to disconnect my account and re-enter for get connected to Xbox LIVE. This problem are days that goes

Here is my information before I assess the issues.

US, TX

Motorola Modem (AT&T ISP)

Linksys WRT1900AC

1 console is connected

Wireless connection

an internal adapter was installed and came with the Xbox at the time of purchase

the console was bought refurbished about one year ago and has not had any previous issues.

I am going to be 100% honest here. About two weeks ago, my brothers came down to visit. Of course they love playing video games; but are not allowed to touch my Xbox console. So, in the next room over my dad owns a PlayStation 3 from a pawn shop which, until
they came to visit, had not been turned on and used for more than 20 minutes at a time. Because of the lack of use before my issue I encountered no connectivity problems. However, as soon as they turned on the PlayStation and used it, for about 5-6 hours straight,
my Xbox lost ability to connect to Xbox live and now I believe it is permanently damaged, due to the PlayStation which had who knows what on it.

This is extremely depressing to even begin to think, as I bought it only a year ago and I cannot afford to buy a new one, now or any time in the future. I have tried every provided solution on Xbox.com as well as contacting Xbox and my ISP. Neither had any
idea how to fix my issue. The last solution I had recently been provided with was to delete and redownload my profile. Being extremely desperate to fix my console, I tried it. Now I cannot connect to XBL for more than 5 minutes and my Xbox is receiving the
error that profiles cannot be downloaded at this time. I have no other way of getting my profile back on my Xbox, and I have even tried downloading it onto a USB FD to no avail. I am afraid to say I might have an Xbox that cannot be repaired, and I really
don't want to have to give up. Can anyone please try to heop me in any way you can?
