Xbox Live constantly crashing?

So I bought an Xbox One about a month ago and I have to say, so far it's been more of a pain in the *** than anything. First off, it doesn't even work with my soundbar, my 360 worked just fine with it, and Xbox live seems to constantly go down. I haven't
been able to watch one full episode of anything on Netflix since I got it, when I am playing destiny I am getting kicked from the server every 15 minutes or so, it's ridiculous. I never had these problems with my 360, I kinda wish I still had that instead.
Is anyone else having these problems? I know it isn't my connection like it usually says because I am always able to get back on immediately after I lose my connection, and like I said, I never had these problems with my 360.

constant autolog disconnect

I am constantly being disconnected from autolog. No problems with xbox live why??????

 

Oh and need I mention how helpful these support forums are? I just love posting problems I'm having and not getting one response. Instead all I get is an email asking how my experience was and if I got any help, lol yeah they are super helpful.
