    Xbox live constant disconnections.


    Hi, this is my first time posting on this forum, but i think it's time, since im getting completely deseperate.

    I created my Xbox profile 4 years ago and had no problems playing online. But 1 year ago, issues start to appear;

    I got randomly disconnected from xbox live every 10 minutes, for litteraly no reason.I tried multiple ways to fix the problem but none worked. I got this error code "8015190E".

    I got the same issue for one month long and then it magicaly stopped.

    Everything was perfect until a week ago, when i started getting the same error code, after playing some CoD BO2.

    I keep getting disconnecting from xbox live every time i connect;

    -When joining an online game:3-4 minutes

    -When joining a party chat: none of the names and gamerpics appear and i get instantly kicked from xbox live.

    Every time with the same error.The main issue is: The only to "fix" it is to dashboard , do the connexion test( wich obviously tells me that everything is perfect) and then here goes the circle.

    I tried every troubleshooting type on xbox.com , every "tips" form online sites (deleting cache three times, re install update, re download profile, internet hardware reset, etc) and none of them worked.

    I just dont understant i keep getting this error for one year.I make nightmares about it.I can even write it by memory.

    I just want to hope that i dont need to create a new account and do all my saves again because the account is " *** ".

    Xbox Live December 6 Dashboard Update Delayed.

    Is it just me or whilst wiating for this update is anyone else getting constant disconnections from Xbox Live. Alright maybe constant is a bit strong but 3 times in the last hour and 6 times today overall.

    Am I alone ???

  4. Xbox live constant disconnections.

    Have you done anything such as modding or cheating. It could just be a glitch in the system for banning. If not its probably a hardware error .Try buying a external adapter for about $15/£12 and that should fix your problem.

    The error code 8015190E is related to a disconnection between your router and your xbox console, if you're xbox is connected to the Internet via a wireless adapter, the Error is more likely to happen due to gaps between the connection, if the problem continues,
    then I would recommend possibly moving your router closer to your console or looking to buy a wired Ethernet cable if possible.

    Computers have no problem connecting to the internet through the router or the modem. I have tried switching the Xbox to wireless mode but the same problem still occurs. I have been told by friends that it may be a problem with the console itself. But how
    I would fix or even prove that is beyond my knowledge.

    Alright. I've fixed the problem!

    The DDW3611 is NOT compatible with XBox live ALONE.

    How to fix this problem:

    There are a list of compatible routers on the XBox site. Unfortunately, it's going to take a slight investment and seem a bit redundant. To fix this problem, you need to purchase a router that IS compatible with XBox Live, then connect the router to the
    modem. After connecting the router to the modem, you need to either directly wire your XBox 360 to the compatible router or wirelessly connect to the router. The DDW3611 will keep disconnecting you from XBox Live. When I was talking to Tier 3 support, they
    stated that the DDW3611 doesn't even recognize or send any faulty signals to the ISP when XBox live is disconnected (I sat on the phone with the tech support for literally 2.5 hours waiting for my XBox to disconnect.)

    If you're running through Time Warner Cable, contact their technical support via phone, because their online chat support is absolutely useless, and let them know that your wireless modem is not compatible with your home setup. Then tell them that you need
    an order put in for a docsys modem and a wireless router hardware pickup order.

    Go to TWC, pick up your new equipment (if available), plug it in, and check if it works. If it works, return your DDW3611 back to the TWC you picked up your new equipment at.

    I had recently done the same thing and had been issued an Ariss modem that's apparently the best router that TWC has to offer.

    I really hope this helps at least one other person!
