Xbox Live connectivity issues

Discus and support Xbox Live connectivity issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've been reading about this issue all over the place.     Xbox Live connectivity issues


    I've been reading about this issue all over the place. My Xbox 360 is connected to the internet, but not to Xbox Live. It hasn't connected for 4 days. My friend who doesn't even live in the US has no issues like this and Live works fine. Did anyone find
    any fix to it?

    Xbox Live connectivity issues

    I am sure that Microsoft is fully aware of this issue. I am surprised the have not issued a Status Alert.

    You could try a couple troubleshooting steps if you have not already:

    support.xbox.com/.../connection-error-solution

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

    2. Select Network Settings.

    3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

    4. Select Configure Network.

    5. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.

    Note This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.

    6. Turn off your console.

    7. Turn on your console.

    Wireless only: You will receive a message to configure wireless settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.

    Now test your Xbox Live connection:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, then select Settings, select System Settings, and select Network Settings.

    2. Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.

    3. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

    Does this solve your issue? Yes | No

    This issue still has not been resolved. Plenty of people still having the issue.

    i still can not connect to Xbox Live. is it just me or anyone else having the same problen?

    Having this problem also. Been this way for about a month. Going to try to restore factory defaults. Probably a software issue.

    First try that let's see if it addresses the issue. Other devices do not connect to Xbox Live. The issue is with the connection to Xbox Live
