    Xbox live connectivity issue


    My Xbox One console is connected to the internet but will not connect to Xbox live to download the new COD WW2 update. I have tested my network connection and Xbox One acknowledges that it is connected to the internet. however, when I start COD WW2, it tells
    me that i must be connected to Xbox Live in order to download the update and play the game.

    I feel like im in a catch 22. All the forums say that if I pass the network connection test, then i can connect to Xbox Live, but COD says I’m not connected to Xbox Live and must somao before I can play.

    What is my next step?
