Xbox live connectivity after reset

I reset my Xbox one and saved my games and apps due to very slow processing. I doesn't recognize my existing Xbox live account or allow me to play online. How do I fix this? Thanks

X1 Desperate Help !!

Live and your controller shouldn't have any sort of connection from what I understand.

Try these fixes:

Hard reset your Xbox

Update your controller

Make sure the controller is charged

i reset the router and it the xbox connected to xbox live then i unplugged the modem and the router because xbox live was loading all they way and it went back to the 169 ip on the xbox. now it's stuck there even after resetting the router

Another update tried resetting xbox network settings to default with automatic for everything after re-downloading my gamer profile. still no changes can connect to xbox live but connection issues are still there.

I followed both sets of instructions in order. After doing the console reset the issue remains. I reset the console, initially it connected to xbox live, but after powering it off for 20 minutes then back on it goes back to saying its offline, and only a reboot gets it to connect again. So its the same issue.
