Xbox live connection

My Xbox one keeps disconnecting me from Xbox live. I've tried everything. I've tried manually setting my IP address, restarting my xbox, restarting my modem, and nothing works. I try to play NBA 2k15 and it keeps saying that my wireless connection was
lost, but when I run the test connection it tells me that my connection is fine. I'm tired of having this problem with Xbox. It's been like this for weeks, but apparently Microsoft loves to keeps customers ***. Fix this problem now.

There is no button or menu to connect!

The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

Is there a way to manually connect to Xbox live in this console?

 

Also my wifi system works on 5 smartphones, 2 iPads, a tv, and my brother's Xbox one.

here is a list of ports you will need to open in your router this can be done in application firewall setting or port triggering for multiple xbox on same network support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live

Once the ports are opened please unplug the router for 30 seconds

Then hard restart your Xbox by holding the power button on the console until it turns off.

This should fix the issue

In your case you will need to setup port range triggering for multiple Xbox on same network

 

hiwiredjuice will port triggering effect my wifi connection on my iPhone, tv and iPad.

 

if they use the same ports yes. port triggering is just any ip that requests the information on that port will receive on that port pretty much opening port for all ip addresses

The Zyxel Pk5000Z your using is a "Gateway" (modem and router combo) they are terrible for gaming with only one xbox and you said you have 2 , nothing but problems for you until you get a separate modem (might be possible to put yours in bridge mode) and
a separate gaming router that does UPNP well (netgear is good) ....

Bimnog is also right I can confirm this as well it should be possible to bridge the gateway and use gateway as the modem and plug a router into the gateway any port and pppoe setup on the router that should work.
