    I’m sure this question has been asked many times and you’re tired of answering it, but I have a service error every time I try to connect to live on the 360. I have an Xbox One, but I want to play NCAA football 13, which I got yesterday. I need to connect
    online to download a roster, but it says there’s a service error. I’ve looked all over, but the answers that I get lead me in so many circles, and are extremely unhelpful. Can anyone explain like I’m five how to resolve this issue?
