Xbox Live connection trouble between two home Xbox consoles.

My brother and I have been using two seperate consoles on the same wireless home internet since the release of Halo 3.

Everything has been peaches and cream (with a multitude of various games over the years) until the release of Halo 5.

We first noticed this trouble when we'd party up in Halo 5, it would randomly kick one of us back to the menu when we'd enter a pre-game lobby. We were playing with our usual party of friends (each of them using only one Xbox on a home wireless connection)
and so we concluded that it must be our double Xbox's on one connection.

We shrugged on other titles such as Destiny, Assassin's Creed: Unity, Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, Dragon Ball Xenoverse, Roblox, Gears of War: UE, Dark Souls III, Elder Scrolls Online, Chivalry, etc where our connection to each other was 100% perfect.

However, it just now began again on the Overwatch BETA- very blatantly, might I add- resembling the same situation in Halo 5. Party up. Pre-game lobby resulting in one of us being kicked back to the main menu... however, even when I'd find my brother's game
by a random search, it would still kick me out.

This is also happening when trying to join the same server in DC Universe. The connection to our friends and other players in DC is 100%. The connection to each other is nonexistent- kicking one of us out of the sever upon trying to connect.

Our NATs are open. I don't have any hunches as to what it could be.

Is Sony PlayStation 3 really ahead of XBox 360 Console?

I have owned both consoles and I never saw much between them in graphics or gameplay. I think I prefer the ps3 controller but that's just a personal preference. One thing I really did like about my PS3 was how easy it was to network. I had trouble connecting my XBox 360 to my home network. Not sure why.

If you travel between two Xbox One consoles and want to play your games on both, you should set one of the two as your Home Xbox, and sign into the other one while it is connected to Xbox Live. As to which of the two that is, that depends on your particular
situation.

Let's say you're in one location more often than the other ... that would probably be your better choice for which console to set as Home Xbox. Now, if the second location has a less-reliable Internet connection, you might want to choose that console as your
Home Xbox, since it will store copies of your game licenses there instead of getting them from Xbox Live.
