Xbox Live connection randomly disconnects while playing online games

So I've been having some pretty major issues in regards to Xbox Live recently. While playing online games, for example GTA: Online, occasionally Rayman Legends, and the recently-released Battlefield Hardline, Xbox Live disconnects suddenly and then reconnects
very quickly. However, the disconnection always kicks me from whatever online game session I am in, and if in a party chat with my friends, it will kick me from that too. This happens on a regular basis.

My NAT type is Open when I am playing said games, so the issue can't lie there. On Battlefield Hardline, I will be disconnected every 5 minutes or so, and other games have similar problems. with an error message stating that it lost connection to Xbox Live/Rockstar/EA
servers. If it just happened to one game, I would put it down to faulty servers, or bad connection on my end. But as it has happens repeatedly on different games, there must be an underlying problem I have not found yet.

If it helps at all, my ISP is Virgin Media, my ping is 24ms, my download speed is 148.79 mbps, and my upload speed 12.11 mbps.

Random disconnects while using netflix.

I've had this similar problem while viewing Netflix from my 360. Also while playing games halfway through an online match it will disconnect I used to think it was poor wireless internet connection but I now have a wired connection and my internet itself
doesn't disconnect just the xbox from xbox live. Most of the time after I disconnect I can re-connect easily because the internet still works and never went out it just disconnects every 15-30 minutes sometimes every 5, it seems completely random. I have
also deleted and cleared my system cache and reset my xbox/router and checked my speed and every other possible solution. Everything is fine with my internet, my profile simply disconnects randomly,

 

Xbox controller sync problems

My controllers won't stay sync to my Xbox. They disconnect randomly while I am playing a game and when they do, it disconnects me from Xbox live. This has been going on for a long time please help.

 

I've also been having this problem for months now on gta. I don't know if this is related but when ever i get disconnected they happens to be an Xbox service issue.
