xbox live connection not working

    xbox live connection not working


    My Xbox will not connect to Xbox Live...I have a BT router and have been sent a new one, which is 'extra fast' but this doesn't work either...apparently it's something to do with the NAT. i've been on the phone to BT at least 4 times now and none of the
    technical people can solve it....same with Microsoft so far. Spent a good hour with a very helpful man who was trying to change the Port numbers and goodness knows what else....I have absolutely no idea what to do now. It's very frustrating to say the least!
    I wonder if there's anyone who could help me? Thanks in advance, Charlotte

    i can connect to internet but not xbox live

    my internet connection is working but when it goes to xbox live it say your xbox live is not working

    Xbox one not connecting to live

    Was online last night, now today no connection to xbox live. all connections say they are ok/working. Not an internet problem- all other devices in house working. Have rebooted/restarted xbox, still nothing.
