Xbox LIVE connection not available

I am playing Halo Wars (#1) on the Xbox 360. Until last week everything was fine, but this week when I try to pick up a public game open party 3 on 3 game, I get an error stating that the Xbox LIVE can not be connected after the game start count down.

My account is connected to the xbox live network; I logged into my MS account to check everything was kosher; as with the previous post to Trenton26 with a similar issue, I tried to reset the xbox keeping my account information, but that did not improve the issue.

Is there something else I need to try?

Xbox live multiplayer

Nat type.. Terado is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games.

Server connectivity blocked this could block you from playing multiplayer games.

It's because either there is no Full Cover Art and/ or no Connection with Xbox LIVE. If you are Connected with Xbox LIVE, it's simply there is no current Full Cover Art available for that Title.

Hi there,

Can you connect to Xbox Live, or is it when you are connected to Xbox Live not all content is available to you? Are there any error messages you are receiving?

The Xbox 360 cannot actually connect to Xbox Live as per the list of countries that the Xbox Live service is available in. While Xbox Live is available in China, its only for PC/Xbox One and the Xbox 360's Xbox Live is no longer available or never was in
the first place as denoted by the asterisk next to China on the list.
