Xbox Live Connection Issues

So I've browsed several threads on this forum, as well as others, and have only made my Xbox worse by attempting all possibilities. It started a few days ago, my Xbox would connect to the internet, but not to Xbox Live. I could connect to the internet,
test connection and it would say "It's all good. Your console is connected to the internet." However, Nat Type was still unavailable, and nothing requiring internet was available. I've tried hard resetting console, router, AND modem, even tried all three at
once. I've attempted clearing settings under the "Network" tab of "Settings". I've removed my profile from Xbox, and was unable to re-add the profile due to "needing internet connection" although I still got the "It's all good. Your console is connected to
the internet" prompt. I finally went the extra step today and tried to reset my console to factory settings. It reset, I was going through the process of setting up my Xbox. Language, check. Network, check, again "It's all good. Your console is connected to
the internet" message. Location, check. Now when it comes to updates it is unable to update due to an issue with network issues. Has anyone experienced this or can help, please?

Do you receive the error "Cannot Connect to Xbox Live?" If so, she's right, connection issue, not a Gold issue. Go here for connection troubleshooting if that is the issue:

First try that let's see if it addresses the issue. Other devices do not connect to Xbox Live. The issue is with the connection to Xbox Live
