Xbox Live Connection Issues

Hello and I hope you will be able to help me fix my connection problems. For the past three days every time I try to sign into Xbox Live, it tells me there is an issue connecting me to Xbox live and to contact support if the issue continues. Here's some
specifics:

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Wisconsin

Modem brand & model number: ViaSat model# RM4100

Router brand & model number: none

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 1 to modem

Wired or wireless (for each console): wired

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried: All ten steps online but I'm not sure I did them right.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Not as far as I know

Any Error Codes you encounter: 8015190E

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Excede

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

Xbox live connection issue

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

Any Xbox one users can help? we have an issue.

Recently my son was playing his xbox and we added Xbox live (one month free trial)

All connection tests came back good, and he can talk to his friend. However when they try to join each other's game it says "connection lost".

I assumed it was the modem so I connected it to a secondary wifi we have and still the same. His friend attempted to join a game and got the same message. A friend of mine in a different state said she has been having the same issues the last few days.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this or what it might be?? HELP!!!! Lol
