Xbox Live Connection Issues

Hi,

I've been having Xbox Live connection issues for weeks now. I spoke to the guys on live chat and phone and they couldn't resolve the issue in the first instance and deemed the issue to be with my console itself in the end. I sent the console off for repair
and waited about 3 weeks for it to come back to me (including transit time etc). They advised they couldn't find the fault with the original and so sent a replacement.

The replacement is still doing the exact same thing - constant disconnections from Xbox Live, 3-4 tries to join online on games, etc etc. I am resorting to the community in the hope that one of you will be able to tell me how to contact somebody higher up.
I have been in contact with Escalation support/advocacy and am getting nowhere. I know the issue isn't within my house and isn't anything to do with my ISP (as friends on the same ISP have no issues at all).

I am sure there must be something wrong with Xbox back-end for my account or something. I am really not sure as I don't work at Xbox, but I don't feel this is ever going to get resolved unless I complain.

Any help on how to take my complaint further would be appreciated.

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

Any Xbox one users can help? we have an issue.

Recently my son was playing his xbox and we added Xbox live (one month free trial)

All connection tests came back good, and he can talk to his friend. However when they try to join each other's game it says "connection lost".

I assumed it was the modem so I connected it to a secondary wifi we have and still the same. His friend attempted to join a game and got the same message. A friend of mine in a different state said she has been having the same issues the last few days.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this or what it might be?? HELP!!!! Lol

I would recommend taking this up further with Tech Support over the phone.

You could also try port forwarding, give that a go and tell us if it fixes the issue!
