Xbox Live Connection Issues without fix.

Good night First of all, I apologize if my level of English is not good, I am from Spain and I will try to express myself as best as possible.

For more than a year, I have been experiencing a problem with Xbox Live connectivity, I have seen several posts with many affected users and without a solution from Microsoft.
Normally, always in a specific period of hours (early morning, between 00:30 and 06:30 AM) I suffer constant disconnections from Xbox Live on my Xbox Series S, micro disconnections .

Quickly, it reconnects, to disconnect again after a short time and so on and again, I have read many users reporting this problem but nobody gives a solution that works

I have tried cleaning the mac address, resetting the console, changing ports manually, unplugging all the cables with the console off, waiting 3 minutes and reconnecting everything, nothing works, only temporarily, after 2-3 days it fails again and in my case, Dead By Daylight player, penalizes me without being able to play for hours for this damn bug.

No, it is not my Internet connection (I am not the first to report it, I repeat) because my PC does not suffer any type of disconnection, if I have a game open on the PC, it does not crash, the steam session does not close .... it is very frustrating and I have been like this for more than 8 months without being able to solve it

It's horrible having to play in fear of the connection failing again, of being penalized again. I have sent hundreds of reports through the console, they totally ignore me. Right now, as I write, I've been suffering from the damn disconnections for 2 hours, I can't play because it's unpredictable, the Xbox Live session is closed and that means a progressive penalty (I'm already going for 1h of penalty, it accumulates)

Is there any solution for this? Will they ever listen to us? I have not spent 300 euros to have an ornament on my desk

Thank you for your patience while we continue to look into the error. I have a couple of questions I'd like to clarify with you. Some questions may appear as repeats, but please try to answer them to the best of your ability so I may further assist.:

1) When you contacted your ISP for solutions on the error with your Xbox disconnected, can you confirm if your console still disconnected like usual?

2) Can you temporarily try to connect your Xbox device to another network, such as a hotspot to confirm if it still disconnects?

3) Please confirm if you are only having the disconnection error occur while playing the same game. It would also help to know if you are playing the same game on your other consoles without error.

4) I want to confirm the specific error you are receiving when you disconnect. When your console disconnects from Xbox Live, does the game close out and take you back to the dashboard? Or does the console prompt you to "connect to Xbox Live"?

5) Lastly, please confirm if you are completely disconnected from the Xbox Live service, or if your games are unplayable due to lag.

Additionally, can you confirm if you have had an Xbox console in the past? Specifically, if you have encountered this network error on the Xbox One or other previous Xbox generation consoles?

We know how important it is for you to constantly be fair and avoid penalty in playing games which was contrary to what have happened. This is not the experience that Microsoft wishes you to have. As your support advisor, we will work with you to find the best solution to your issue.

Based on your description, you have enumerated the troubleshooting that should fix the issue related to networking. I have consulted our Internal Support Team regarding this issue and they would like to know what would happen if the troubleshooting from this support article is followed step by step - Troubleshoot your network connection speed.

This support article is also provided by the the Internal Team - Troubleshoot your Xbox network connection. Please provide us any error message or code, NAT Type, network connection and multiplayer test errors. Please let us know how the troubleshooting went.

We would like to ask few details regarding your gaming set up:

May we ask what is the make and model of Xbox Console, Controller, sound amplifier (if any) or headset.

Or at least may we know if there is a visible interference with the internet connection on your console and network - most likely it is a visible electronic devices nearby your gaming set up or objects.
May we know if you have tried connecting to different internet connection?
Is your internet connection wired or wireless?
Lastly, may we ask how was your ISP in regards to your Xbox concern? Have you reach out to them?

Ok, Report already done with the max details possible that I could gave.

Yes, I had an Xbox 360 and Xbox One S, zero problems. I still having my old consoles, both working like first day.

I Edit at 02:22 AM Spain -> Still happening, I felt a little rubberbanding 1-2 minutes before the Xbox Live issue again, Happens at the same time every day, Beetween 2 AM and 6 AM, the only time I can play due to my job

Again checked my network Connection and everything is fine (Ping OK, 0% Package Loss), I was playing lost Ark During queues and the game didn´t fall, Steam Didn´t fall, Just Xbox Live, and now it doesn´t stops Now I can´t play anymore.

I am playing right now Lost Ark and watching my Xbox, it Disconnects over and over again, but my Networks is working fine, everything on my PC is working fine, LA, Steam, Youtube........ I don´t Know what to do. I have DMZ ON, 8.8.8.8-8.8.4.4 DNS, Static IP for my DMZ, Switched manual My alternative Port.... Nothing works. I also have DSCP and WMM on but nothing helps.

I don´t know what to do, I´m starting to get bored of this issue, it has been reported since 2021 and there is not any update to fix it, lots of players reporting it but we have no solution for it. I sent 9 reports with this last one you made me sent.....

Edit 2 -> Swapped into my old Xbox One S, No Xbox Live disconnection issues, but I refuse playing DBD at 25 fps, I spent 300 euros on my Series S to play at 60 FPS.
