Xbox Live Connection Issue

I'm having this really weird situation with my Xbox One console. I am completely unable to connect to Xbox Live. I'm unable to see my own profile, chat with anyone, which is weird because it says they are online, view my subscriptions and billing/payments.
also I can not update the console. There is always diffrent errors that pop-up.

There is no store and multiplayer. I've checked my network status and it says everything checks out fine. I have been looking all over the internet to see if any one else has/had this same exact problem as me but to no avail.

Please, please, please someone help me. This is day two and I'm starting to get real frustrated with this situation of mine. Thanks!

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

Any Xbox one users can help? we have an issue.

Recently my son was playing his xbox and we added Xbox live (one month free trial)

All connection tests came back good, and he can talk to his friend. However when they try to join each other's game it says "connection lost".

I assumed it was the modem so I connected it to a secondary wifi we have and still the same. His friend attempted to join a game and got the same message. A friend of mine in a different state said she has been having the same issues the last few days.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this or what it might be?? HELP!!!! Lol

 

Try to sign out and sign in again. If that doesn't helps remove your account from the console, clear your console cache and download your account again. Hope this helps!

 

I am in the exact same situation. For more than a week i can't connect to Xbox live. I have tried several times to reset my account.

 

Player, If you have multiple profiles on your console log out of all profiles then try logging back in and see if that resolves the issue.

If not then remove your profile from the console. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY this way. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and log in.

I have this issue right now tried everything and can't connect

 

Any or all of you have frontier fios isp? Mine and 3 friends have frontier, and it all started doing this last night through the day, I did open my strict nat and everything work for half a game then kicked and looked, it went back to strict

 

been exact same here, no xbox live... cant remove acct bcuz cant signin.... duh!
