xbox live connection issue

Obviously i had tried that or wouldnt have made that comment 360 was down most of last night could not communicate with people at all xbox made themselves unavailable its to convenient that live goes down the support page goes down and nomatter how long
i stayed on the phone (3hrs) the wait time never decreased since that is the case and calls are answered in the order theyre recieved that means NOONE at microsoft felt like dealing with the customers issue

i see what rayJ3 had posted, but i have no trouble signing into xbox live. it is that it keeps signing me out everytime i do something, then having to sign back in. so far nothing from support. will be nice once this is fixed. till then i guess i'll just
have to keep logging back into live whenever i want to play or watch.

 

problem is still happening, is this ever going to get resolved?

 

still having the issue of being signed out when ever i try to do anything. is anything even being done about this or is this going to be a forgotten cause? another question i have now is that i have about 6 months left on my 12 month subscription, will i
get any kind of refund for the rest of these 6 months if i terminate it?

 

multiple posts wont solve the problem had issues logging in but if you see theres core service down cant play multiplayer and social is down ....

 

i know making posts won't fix the problem, Microsoft needs to fix the problem. i just want to vent a bit and to know what if anything is being done. it is getting very old to have to sign in every time i want to do anything on my xbox, and with the new stuff
happening now it is only getting worse IMO.

 

still no fix for this problem yet? curious if anyone actually knows if anything is being done?

 

There is no problem with xbox live, what ever you are constantly posting about is an issue at your end.

 

really? it is on my end that everytime i try to do something like play a game online or watch YT or Twitch (really does not matter what it is just anything that involves doing anything with online) that i keep getting signed out and have to sign back in.
even though i have no signs of anything wrong on my end. i have ran connection test and even hard wired with ethernet cable to take wireless out of the question. so if it is on my end what could it be then, since no one is really trying to help me out with
what is going on. i have tried what little was suggested here and searched to find out what i could, but nothing has helped so far. i guess i was wrong to think that a support site was here to help people.

 

Firstly, yes you are wrong to think this is a support site, this is a general discussion forum.

Yes the problem has to be at your end.

You started this thread 6 weeks ago, any xbox live issues would have been fixed many times over in that time.

No one else is posting with the same issue out of the 50+ million other xbox live users, the problem has to be at your end if you have tried all the usually microsoft solutions.

yes i have tried everything that i have found so far when searching for error codes/connection issues and no luck. even if i am the only one it would still be nice to find some help with the problem i am having, because it is getting very frustrating to
mess with this everytime i want to do anything. i can not even get in to change my avatar character, because when i try to it signs me out and then goes back to the dashboard when i do sign back in.

also yes this is the forum section, but it is under the Support tab at the top of the page is it not?

 

ah i see you posted some actual support links above while i was posting and thank you. nice how someone finally pointed out where i should have been posting this. it is nice to know i wasted over a month and someone is only saying this now.
