xbox live connection issue

for the last three days i have had this problem where if i try to go online with a game or use an app like youtube, twitch, mlg, etc i keep getting disconnected from xbox live and have to sign back in before i can do anything that has to do with online.
i get no error codes, it just automaticly disconnects. this is becoming a bit of a pain to always have to reconnect to xbox live every time i want to do something.

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

Any Xbox one users can help? we have an issue.

Recently my son was playing his xbox and we added Xbox live (one month free trial)

All connection tests came back good, and he can talk to his friend. However when they try to join each other's game it says "connection lost".

I assumed it was the modem so I connected it to a secondary wifi we have and still the same. His friend attempted to join a game and got the same message. A friend of mine in a different state said she has been having the same issues the last few days.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this or what it might be?? HELP!!!! Lol

 

Try powering down your console (pulling the power plug) and then rebooting it. Sometimes that will fix the issue.

 

i have done that many times already because of moving from one tv to another and it has no affect. it does this every time i start or exit a game or app. i've cleared cache even, but nothing seems to work and it is getting very frustrating to say the least
to continually having to sign back in every time i want to do something.

 

ok just to be safe i deleted all of my apps, turned off, then unplugged, plugged back in, restarted and downloaded a couple apps again, but still happening. guess i will try to delete and redownload every app separately to see if that might do something.
only it seems to me if it was a problem with apps then it should not affect me when starting up a game.

 

still having issues with getting disconnected. this is becoming a major pain to always have to reconnect anytime i want to do anything on my 360.

still nothing and i have tried everything i could find here with searching. i've unplugged and reset my console multiple times as well as deleted and re downloaded and reupdated all of my apps. still getting kicked. only apps i have are YT, MLG, Twitch and
explorer. this is getting old.

 

ok things are worse tonight, now i keep getting a message saying that i have no connection to xbox Live even though i am connected and getting all green when i run a connection test with my xbox. only thing i can do at the moment is play single player games,
no online games or apps. nothing works and keeps giving me "no connection to live" when i try to connect, but on my dashboard it shows me as being logged into Live. wtf?

 

I'm having the same issue when i try to get on Black Ops 2. Don't know what the deal is. I sign into xbox live just fine, click on the game and then it signs me out of xbox live. I have to resign in but it's saying xbox live has been signed out, please sign
back in or test your connection. My internet is perfectly fine. It is frustrating, i feel your pain! I thought it might be the server because when i go to xboxlive.com/status it has a runtime error instead of giving you updates on server issues.

UPDATE: The Xbox Live Status page currently directs to a runtime error message, a way round this is to view it in incognito mode on Chrome.

 

Hey xbox hell of a way to tell us to shut our mouths while u deal with it at least ur polite about it still doesnt change that ur service is crap im tired of paying for microsoft service when u conveinintly have these problems making it impossible tonreach
support ..does xbox still have support or is it just gunna be give us more money or get lost every time im *** ive been a loyal customer for well over ten years what loyalty do we get back...none...thanks for nothing
