Xbox live connection issue

So as it stands, my issue is that for the past 5 days, my xbox 360 slim has been having issues when connecting to live. It functions fine while offline, but as soon as i attempt to connect online the functionality of the xbox slows down.considerably. now
ive done plenty of network tests, power cycling, restarting my router, attempting to use the manual wifi option on the xbox, as well as restoring the default wifi settings to no avail. Note that my xbox 360 slim is at most a year old and i think the hdd is
in good condition or at the very least it should be. Prior to 5 days ago my xbox functioned prefectly fine. Some attempts to sign in, im met with a disconnected from live noticifaction and yet it continues to sign in very slowly. Then im met with an error
message. I think the status code was 800705bt. I can access the funimation app though it takes a while, but if i attempt to play games it automatically disconnects me and then asks for an update, which of course it can't do once im disconnected. My ips is

Xbox live connection issue

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

Any Xbox one users can help? we have an issue.

Recently my son was playing his xbox and we added Xbox live (one month free trial)

All connection tests came back good, and he can talk to his friend. However when they try to join each other's game it says "connection lost".

I assumed it was the modem so I connected it to a secondary wifi we have and still the same. His friend attempted to join a game and got the same message. A friend of mine in a different state said she has been having the same issues the last few days.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this or what it might be?? HELP!!!! Lol

 

Fixed it by transferring saved game files to a usb and then wiping my harddrive clean so.....give this advice to other people for future reference. K thanks.
