    Xbox live connection issue on 360


    I just got an Xbox one and want to upload game progress from my 360. I just got an Xbox live account and can log in on the One but can't do so on the 360. I have tried to download a new profile to my 360 as I didn't have one on there before but it just
    gives me this error "... There is a problem with your credentials..." and tells me to go online to fix. When I go on line I can't find anything but am able to log on just fine. It also gives me an error code of 801540A9. I can't find anything about this code
    for the 360 (but it appears as an error for the One, which is not my issue). Please help I really don't want to lose all my game progress with the new system.
