    If I have a pet peev it is that the xbox one home screen does not have a xbox live connection icon etc. showing the current status of xbox live connection as well as an app or program that allows one to manually force a connection to live. I have had multiple
    issues with a game telling me I was not logged on to live when the home screen was showing I was when I could not connect via computer. Other times when the honme screen shows no lice connection and gives an option to try and log on it does not give any feedback
    or looks to even be attempting to log on. PLEASE FIX!!!

    Xbox Live is under DDOS attack at the moment. I'm sure MS will have it solved shortly.

    How to connect to Xbox Live in X1

    There is no button or menu to connect!

    The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

    Is there a way to manually connect to Xbox live in this console?

    Do you have any trouble signing back in when the game claims you aren't signed into Xbox Live? If not, what type of error message do you get? Sometimes signing out of your profile and signing back in can quickly clear this up.

    Disconnecting from new Live update

    That code indicates you are having connection issues with Xbox Live. Perhaps your router is blocking some traffic from Xbox Live. Try bypassing your router, if you can, and connect your xbox directly to your modem. Just to get the update.

    I did as you indicated, put my profile on a usb and only in this way allows me to connect to xbox live, because if I remove the usb not conevta to xbox live.

    Hi, if you run the Xbox live connection test it will state if your NAT is strict or moderate, no message at all indicates your NAT is Open

    Xbox won't work; dashboard won't load and games won't play

    To add to that, it may be because of the current service alert running on Xbox Live. If it worked without being connected, that would probably indicate the issue.
