Xbox Live connection confusion (Xbox one)

So I've owned my Xbox for about a year and a half now. Up until a month and a half ago, everything was fine. But when I would start it up it would tell me that I need to connect to Xbox live. I knew it wasn't my subscription because I had bought a new
year pass in February. And it wasn't my wifi because usually it's just my brother watching YouTube and me on the game. So when I go to my setting and check my network connection it says I have an open NAT Type, but "Service info is unavailable." It's been
doing this on and off for a month and a half now and I don't know what's wrong.

So for those confused on the time its time connected to xbox live so if you are watching tv, netflix sitting on the dashboard it is counted time.

 

Multiple consoles

I now have 3 Xbox one consoles in the house, my question is how do I connect them to where we can all play online together. Do they each need their own Xbox live subscription or what. My Xbox one is set as the home Xbox and I'm confused on how to set up the other xboxs

 

first off, NAT type being "opened" or "Strict" just means the xbox is connecting to the router, and the router is on. the service info is unavailable means the xbox is not connecting to ther Xbox Live Servers to get the connection it needs to check. Go to
advanced settings and post your :

IP address, Gateway, and Primary DNS. then run the three test on the "troubleshoot" in network and post results here as well, preferably in one post.

That DNS is a IPv6 DNS from comcast, try switching to a common DNS in your Xbox Advanced settings, and inside your router, try to DMZ, or PortForwarding to your Xbox IP address.
