Xbox Live connected account showing nothing

From last month I've been facing terrible slow gameplay on both of my Xbox One

but today when I checked my Origin/EA account in Xbox Live tab there is nothing !!!

can anyone tell me whats going on ?

Is your gamertag CrazyPupu? If it is it looks like you are correctly connected to their service.

Where was it you were seeing the slow gameplay? Was it online?

As stated in my first post, i've tried already conencting only my console to router, i've tried even connecting my console directly to ISP cable (without router) - testing shows that console is connected to internet, but cannot connect to the xbox live.

My console already after start shows that it is not connected to the xbox live, and after test, well... testing works normally, just after last step it shows that it cant connect to xbox live. For results of 3rrd step i need to wait few (10? 20?) seconds,
if that's what you mean.

Not to say, i've tried creating new account, or anything related to xbox live (like downloding my profile, updating console etc), and nothing works.

+ when i try to connect on xbox live while already connected offline with my account," xbox tells me i need a xbox live account to continue " and propose me to either : SIGN UP / SIGN IN / NO THANKS.

SIGN UP : simply doesn't work... when i press A on it, nothing happens, it make a little noise and thats it, even if i'm connected to internet

SIGN IN : when i click it, it shows that i'm already signed in with my account, and the only option are to sign out or cancel. no of those are what i want.

Hi there,

this sounds like there is no connection to Xbox Live or connection to Xbox Live is restricted for the account you are using.

Please make sure your account is signed in and connected to Xbox Live, running the Network test will for example show if there is a connection to Xbox Live.

This can either be a connection issue on your end or if it's a child account it could be a limitation set up by a parental account via for example
http://account.xbox.com/settings
