    Okay, so I was playing GTAO on my sister's ps4 and she showed me a page in the friends list called communities. I guess its like groups around certain topics or games or whatever (info
    here    ). Just wondering if xbox live had a version/alternative bc it sounds like a cool idea IMO.

    As far as I know, Xbox has nothing like that, where you can create a 'community'. I think the closest thing you would find here related to that would be "General Community Discussion" in the Forum Directory with different categories.

    The XBLPET are the Administrators of Xbox Live. As in they're the police of it. XBLPET stands for "Xbox Live Pertition Enforcement Team". They handle all bans/suspensions. The Link I gave you leads you to them. Post a topic and they will answer you.

    Try removing the account from the console and then re-adding it to see if that clears up the problem.
