Xbox live communications

I have recently been banned for about a week. (I couldn't message or speak to other people) it was suppose to end on the 16th. I can hear people but they can't hear me. I have reset my xbox one twice. tried updating my controller, unplugged my mic twice.
please help.

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

here to view your suspension history and see if it lists your ban and the time it ends.

If that doesn't answer you question then please post here where the enforcement team can answer you question

The XBLPET are the Administrators of Xbox Live. As in they're the police of it. XBLPET stands for "Xbox Live Pertition Enforcement Team". They handle all bans/suspensions. The Link I gave you leads you to them. Post a topic and they will answer you.

Try removing the account from the console and then re-adding it to see if that clears up the problem.

As far as I know, Xbox has nothing like that, where you can create a 'community'. I think the closest thing you would find here related to that would be "General Community Discussion" in the Forum Directory with different categories.
