Xbox Live Communication Suspension

I'm really worried about my account right now. I received a communication suspension. I've received a few others before, but I don't know why since I don't talk in game chat that often. I only talk to my best friend when he gets on after work. After getting
the communication suspension I got a suspension for Harassment Abuse and Threats.. Yeah so, how did that happen? The only thing I did between yesterday and today was playing Call of Duty: Infinite Warefare zombies for an hour or two last night. And because
of the communication suspension, I got for an unknown reason I couldn't talk... So how would I be able to threaten someone if I'm not even able to talk on the Xbox or the game??

Please help, I don't want to lose my account I've worked so hard on my numerous games over the years, and I've spent hundreds of dollars on Xbox Live Gold subscriptions and also buying video games from the Xbox Store.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

For info on any suspension you have you need to go to the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

There's no time limit on when you can be suspended/banned for a offence & any report has to be investigated which takes time.

You were most likely suspended for something you did weeks or months ago or even longer,not while you were already serving a suspension.

Being in party chat does not make you exempt from the rules either.

Read & follow the code of conduct then you wont get suspended again or even permanently banned.

the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it
