    My name is Sean and I'm disappointed with a recent Communications suspension that was put against my account.

    The one week suspension isn't long but I do believe it's not accurate or valid. My concern lies with how the Enforcement team conducts their 'investigation' because if you ask me they only work based on he-said, she-said information. Please if there's someone
    else I can contact point me in the right direction because it seems there are very little avenues created to help the person being suspended.

    Based off of another players "reasoning" for the report, the enforcement team decided that the other person wasn't lying or attempting to get me in trouble in a vengeful manner. The scenario is simple and there's absolutely no way I did what this teammate
    said I did.

    In the game (Gears of War) this teammate was not playing and was still standing where he spawned. They weren't contributing to the game and were in fact ruining my gaming experience, and the other gentlemen in my party. I left the party and explained to
    this person that they're not helping the team and that by them not playing and helping the team they were effecting my play. The game mode involves games that last over 25 minutes and this person had only managed to kill 3 people because he wasn't involving
    himself in the game. Looking back I should have reported him and finished my game, but I knew he would hear my frustration.

    I also explained in my case submission that I hadn't yelled, used harassing language, or offensive language. Somehow through the investigation my side was completely ignored and not taking seriously if you ask me. Upon the decision it was stated that I did
    use harassing language and that I was suspended for using homophobic slurs. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. I have friends and even family members I have known for my ENTIRE life who are gay/lesbian and I would never use these words as it would hurt my own conscience
    more than another. There's absolutely no way that this was the actual story that occurred. It's not fair to us as members of Xbox Live to be subjected to such harsh punishments over something someone claimed I said. It's not medieval times, and people can't
    be held accountable for a finger pointing incident.

    There's two MAJOR issues I have. One is that I received the message on my account about the suspension beginning, shortly after that my Xbox SHUTDOWN How is this possible?? Do you have control over my entire Xbox enough to pull me from the game I was playing
    at the time and again strip me from having a good experience?

    The second one is that since having this account I have never had an incident like this and I did not know it was this simple to take away another players communication based on vocalization in game-chat. It's seems unfair and doesn't appear to be true justice
    if you ask me. How is it that someone who ruins my gaming experience by not playing gets me in trouble? If I was using language that was offensive then fine but this was simply not the case. I reached out and chatted to an Xbox Live support representative
    about the issue and they felt I had been also misjudged and that the case review should yield good results for me but as I contemplated it I knew that this was based on personal testimony and that I was likely to face the suspension.

    Again, I've gone to this length to sort of present my case and truly criticize the SOP of case review with the Enforcement team. I also don't appreciate having to go to forums to get a response and I hope this will allow me to talk to a person about this
    situation. I feel as though I'm following these guidelines and terms of agreement and yet I have still been on the losing end because someone was mad I told them the truth about their inactivity in a game I play 2-3 times a week. It came off as very unfair
    treatment to a longtime customer and player on Xbox Live.

    Please set something up so we can contact the Enforcement Team! It's not easy to find a way to contact people who are controlling such an important aspect of my gaming experience!

    Xbox Live Communication Suspension

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    They conduct a very thorough investigation before any enforcement action is issued & if you have filed for a case review that means the investigation was carried out twice.

    They don't just take someone's word over anothers.

    When you are suspended then yes,they can cut you off from connecting to live.

    The only way to contact them is via the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home
    where you can file for a case review.If you have already done this then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.You will have to serve out your suspension.

    Support are nothing whatsoever to do with the enforcement team so their opinion doesn't mean anything

  5. I know I wasn't talking to them I was talking to Xbox LIVE support and they told me they don't work with the enforcement team at all. But I think it's stupid that there's no way to reach them, just seems like it makes this process that much more one sided.
    I still think it's unfair and can't truly be thorough enough to find me guilty of breaking the code of conduct. Just absolutely flawed system in my opinion. There's no way that this of all things is what I said.

  6. Just impossible for me to plead my case to them in a case review. I don't know what the person filed and I was very straight to the point with my case review. I said I had gone into game chat to tell this person that they were making the game more difficult
    by not playing and that they're wasting everyone's time. If I were that person and guilty of not playing then I can image that they wouldn't be happy about it. Seems vengeful to me.
