(XBOX LIVE) communication suspension for saying sorry to someone

so i was playing six siege on the xbox one and i killed a teammate by mistake so i sent him a message saying sorry and then i was typing another message to him saying how it happened and when i sent it it didn't send then i got a email saying i was suspend
from using communication on Xbox. i was just wondering why this happened and if there is anything i can do to remove it

I've recieved this ban for swearing on a chat with someone who was annoyed at me and was saying silly things, so I stupidly replied.

I'm not able to submit a case review for some reason and I don't know what to do, I've had the ban since 18/05/16.

Can someone help me please? I'm not sure what I can do.

Have I been banned permanently from Xbox live?

I thought that could be true but I haven't talked to a random person in months

 

The enforcement team can take weeks to investigate reports so the incident could have occurred awhile back.
