Xbox Live Communication Suspension Appeal

Recently I was suspended of all forms of communication. While playing a game of Rainbow Six Siege for the first time in almost a year I received a message from the account JumpyMoneky79. His message stated, “stop using glaz you cant get kills,” which was
harassment in itself. When I told this player to shut up and let me meme he decided to report me despite him approaching me with a harassing message. Therefore I was banned of communicating and can no longer speak with my friends via xbox live. Not only was
this the first ban I have ever received, it was an unfair ban which used the automated system to to its advantage. Thank you for your time.

from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

Hello, currently I was communication banned for using one profane word. I have not had one single ban or warning before of the 9 years I have been playing using your product. I am a loyal customer for your company by buying multiple products. I am asking
for a reduction from a one week ban to a one day ban. Also if there are warnings that you will be communication banned I didn’t not recieve one single one. Thanks and I hope you can do something for me.
