I was recently communications banned on Xbox live and I was wondering if there was a way I can find out why I was communications banned and if there was any way to try and appeal the ban.

You will need to log into the enforcement team website for information where you can submit a case review if the ban is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home There is nothing anyone in the forums can
do about bans.

By receiving your comms ban you have automatically been punished for your actions, At the same time this keeps the community safe as you will be unable to chat with or socialise with other players on xbox live during the ban.
