Xbox live Communication and multiplayer privileges?!?

No i haven’t. U must be because the servers have been messed up all day. I’ll try again tomorrow hopefully the servers r better

My Gold membership update 2 days ago and ive been playing Madden online, but when i try to play COD online it give me an Error message saying “You cant play multiplayer games since we were not able to resolve your Xbox live “communication and multiplayer” privileges for the account. Can someone please help me with this issue?
