you will not be able to download while living outside the region of your account

You just violated code of conduct, ghostface, thats it. Thats rules and you accept it when create account in Xbox Live.

By the way PS service has rules too. Like every service.

if you got it from gamestop. the code was on the receipt.

if you threw the receipt out or whatever, thats your fault.

if your code dosent work, theyll trade out for a new receipt with new code.

thats how THAT works.
