Xbox live code taking to long to redirect to xbox.com

so I put my code that came in the Xbox one s when I bought it and it's a code for 14 days of xbox live and it says redirecting my code to xbox.com and it never let me do anything else I waited for an hour and nothing yet, I need help, I don't know if it's
the Internet or what

my code wont work

when i try to redeem my 14 day xbox live trial it redirects me to xbox.com and i put the code in and it says this

3bf91c78-c296-4a68-8df1-1a8c98a6d355 and im really confused

xbox 720 taking to long

Well I would hope so because as of now, I really see using apps on a console as being overkill compared to Roku or something like that. I also like to give my console a break when not playing. I mean I see some people on my friends list on both services
who are running their consoles 24/7 for games, apps or media even if they fall asleep to a Netflix movie. I can't see this as being very good for a console.

That's odd. microsoftstore.com shouldn't redirect you to xbox.com. Since this is a promo code for them, you will need to contact their customer support for assistance.

microsoft store has high price. xbox one redirects to xbox.com or buying from 360. I don't have a 360, so I went with the xbox.com option, and followed the black ops franchise sale link which redirected to the xbox one, and then was promptly not part of
the xbox.com page at all on a second attempt.

Us being redirected to the survey is just unbelievable. For at least 12 hours people haven't been able to earn achievements on WP. Fix the issue!

I can add The long walk achievement in Hitman go the list. Green banner ingame, not syncing to Xbox.com. The continuous problems with live are ridiculous. It's been going on since November 2014!!!

What I think he's referring to is that he redeem code, however you can't play on Xbox Live. Did you redeem the code on Xbox.com? If yes, it takes a few hours for the gold membership to activate on your account
