    Xbox Live Code not working


    Today I bought a xbox live gold code on eba for 12 months. Today at nearly 3.p.m. there were connection problems on the website, i could not use the code, now there´s a message that the code is already activated / used. But i have no connection to xbox live.
    Can anybody help? The seller told me to contact the microsoft support.

    If this code was not a scratch off type code then it has probably already been used. People scam others all the time on ebay by selling them something that is not as advertised. If I were you I would contact Ebay and let them know about the situation and
    maybe you will be able to get your money back.

    Best advice would be to contact the Xbox support using either Live Chat, Email, or the Phone. They will be able to advise you best on the matter, however, as Genesis1953 said, if the code has previously been used then there is nothing Microsoft will be able
    to do and you should contact eBay regarding the matter.
