    Xbox live code not processed fully


    Hi, my Xbox live code is not being processed through completely, it gets found and put through but before I can redeem it, it says "Somthing happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." If I could gets some help with this I would appreciate it. Thanks

    We are still monitoring your Mixer usage. Based on when we received it, it should be fully processed today or tomorrow, but at the current time has not yet been fully processed and sent to the website for you to claim.

    Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

    This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

    I can't play Diablo 3 with my wife and my friends...I have to choose.

    Just an update.... For some reason her account wasn't fully activated or something. Whatever process I went through putting in the code from the card and all the info didnt put her into a live account, even though she could send messages and add friends.
    I even did the text message security verification and had to clear the cache to "download" her profile for some reason to get it started. Instead of going through the menu specifically for starting a Live account, I just tried re-entering the card number in
    the redeem code menu, and it was a different process and now FINALLY allows her to play online.
