    I cant use 3 month live code. It shows a mistake to me. Region Russia, but i live in Ukraine.

    XBOX LIVE REDEEM CODE MISTAKE

    So, yesterday my brother bought a 3M+1M Xbox Live Membership, and accidently redeemed this code into my account by mistake. Is there any way I can transfer the Xbox Live time into his account, or remove it from mine, and re-use the code into his account?
    Please help, he had saved up for the $25 for the membership, and doesn't have the money to buy another one.

    XBOX LIVE REDEEM CODE MISTAKE

    Call support. Let them know it was redeemed on the wrong account. They'll need to verify you are the account holder and will cancel the gold and create a new code for your brother's account.

    This can be done within 30 days.

    It's simple, when I try to connect the Xbox Live asks me to save the email and password address. After it gives me the error code 80151011 and it is at the interface without being connected to Xbox Live.
