xbox live code has already redeem

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your pre-paid code being redeemed. I recommend

power cycling your console and then checking again by trying to join a party or play a multiplayer game online. Please let us know how it goes.

According to Xbox Support as well: "If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, under a different Microsoft account.

If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else."

If you get this message and error code, it means that the prepaid code that you’re trying to redeem on Xbox LIVE has already been redeemed. A problem with your connection to Xbox LIVE may have prevented you from receiving confirmation when you initially
redeemed the code.

Kinect Sports Season 2 was released in 2011. Odds are that the code you have has either already been redeemed (if the game is used) or has expired.

is there no way to redeem it? i think its already expired, coz I did not try xbox live since I bought it
