xbox live code from Amazon purchase not working

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

You have bought a code, likely from a third-party seller, that does not come from the country you’re physically located in. You cannot use currency and subscriptions, not from the country you live in.

If you did purchase this code from Amazon directly, you need to contact them as they are responsible for the codes they distribute. Companies that make gift cards or distribute them electronically by blocks of codes from Microsoft for resale.

Hello the easiest way to get around this would to be for you to purchase an Xbox live Gold membership pre paid card from amazon etc and redeme the code on your account, this should work and fix your issue upgrading to gold

Hi I've checked the purchases page and it is not showing up

I didn't purchase it through the MS Store, but got the key from Amazon and input it directly into my XBox one

But its still not showing as a redeemed code

The code that I purchased for a recent Live membership is there but not this purchase

Tiburave: If you purchased it from the US Amazon, then the code is probably only going to work for US region accounts. You'll need to purchase a code for the proper region or simply purchase it through the console.
