xbox live code doesn’t

Hi ,

I just have entered the forwarded xbox live

code including 25 signs reseller forwarded me.

But this one

Sent live as gift not working

Heyy

I recently bought my son live three my Xbox and I sent him the code like it says, he redeemed his code , it says it doesn’t expire until Feb,2019 but it still doesn’t let him access anything nor join online games. I removed all child restrictions thinking
that was the issue and nothing HERP me please.... haha

This may mean that you have entered an incorrect billing address, Zip Code, or postal code that doesn’t match the billing address or code used by your credit card company.

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Hello there!

I believe you can do it

xbox live gold is blocked by region but some games allow it, if the xbox doesn’t allow it you will not waste the code so there is nothing to loose with trying
