XBOX LIVE CODE already used

Hi everyone

I bought a new XBOX ONE S, the product is only on sold since +/-1 week. Inside the box was a voucher to test XBOX Live. I introduced the 25 digit code and it was accepted.

Now, I try to manage my suscribtion, it doesn't show me any XBOX live registration, when I try to reintroduce the code, it says code already used. How can this be possible? As the code is valid for two weeks and the product was launched last week?

Please any help?

Xbox live code already used???

I purchased an code through a trusted Dutch online store and it says that it´s already used.

The customer support tells me to take it up with you guys, but I am pretty sure you won´t give me an answer that will help me.

I hope you don´t dissappoint me.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or reactivate the code if it has already been used. We recommend purchasing codes through reputable retailers only and avoiding third party sites. You would need to speak to the site
you purchased your code from and speak with them regarding a refund or replacement as we cannot assist once the code has been used.

Trial codes do not elevate your account to full Gold status. They are only viable on certain online Gold features depending the on the trial itself. Many times they are only good for the game the come with an/or MMO games.

You would have to contact the place you have purchased the code. As for when it was used we wouldn't have that information you would have to contact xbox support. 1-800-4MY-XBOX

I'm sorry to hear about your subscription card giving you issues. We here in the forums department do not have the tools to check on the status of a 25 digit / character code.

I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account, search your card code to check on the current status of it, and see what might be causing
that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
